Business Support Assistant Level 2

Lincolnshire County Council is currently recruiting for passionate, committed and experienced individuals to join our diverse Business Support family.  We're looking for people with drive and determination to provide backbone support to local service teams such as; Adult Care, Highways, Fire & Rescue, Legal and Children's services.

This position is 21 hours per week and these hours are to be worked over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Our Business Support teams are at the very heart of everything we do at the Council. With every service we deliver and every change for the better we strive to achieve across the county, the Business Support teams provide key support to all Directorate areas of the council. You will be undertaking a variety of duties across the authority, providing a high level of administrative support, customer service and project support on any number of challenging and exciting tasks and projects dedicated to supporting Lincolnshire. Being fully integrated in to every team, Business Support assistants often become subject matter experts in the departments they support developing and supporting best practice that is adopted across services.

The Business Support family work flexibly to meet the needs of all services across the organisation, this means that some of our roles require cover for later hours and weekend working.
