You may be a new graduate. You may have taken a break from the workforce for some reason and now feel ready to return. Whatever your experience, your strong communication skills, resilience, and dogged determination to overcome a problem will make you stand out.

This post is working with students and families to help remove the barriers to school attendance so that every young person can reach their full potential.

You will demonstrate the ability to engage effective and persuasively with students and parents, including hard-to-reach families.

You will also be responsible for enforcing education attendance law through defined protocols and policies, even resulting in prosecution on occasions.

In addition to your softer skills you will therefore also be able to demonstrate the ability to work within strict parameters to ensure that all legal requirements are met, and possess the credibility to gain trust and respect. The job we can teach you- it is your skills, experience, and personal attributes that will enable you to succeed.

A full training and development plan will be available to the successful candidate.
