Attendance and Family Liaison Officer
The West Grantham Church of England Secondary Academy seek to appoint an Attendance and Family Liaison Officer.

Attendance and Family Liaison Officer - West Grantham C of E Secondary Academy
The purpose of the role will be to:
- Provide strategic leadership of strategies to improve attendance and punctuality across the Academy;
- Work alongside external agencies, providing the best provision for every child, to ensure improved attendance;
- Support students in achieving their full academic potential;
- Building good relationships with families and developing links within the wider community for the benefit of families and school;
- To act a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children in an education, health or social care environment. It is essential that they possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, work as part of a team, and have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to school attendance. This post demands organisation, flexibility, enthusiasm and an ability to prioritise.

Fluency Duty
