We have permanent positions available in our Fast teams in South Holland and Gainsborough and also in our PERI team which is a Countywide team. Please indicate in your personal statement which area you are applying to.
As an Advanced Practitioner you will be at the forefront of that process, identifying, assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing the care needs of our most complex children and families.
