Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is currently seeking to appoint three 1:1 Pupil Support Assistants.

Post 1 – (2 positions) 17.5 hrs per week, £18,933 per annum, Pro Rata- £7,656 per annum

Post 2 – 27.5 hrs per week, £18,933 per annum, Pro Rata - £12,031 per annum

Post 1 – (2 positions) 17.5 hrs per week information:

Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is currently seeking to appoint two one to one Pupil Support Assistants to support pupils have difficulties with the application of basic English and Maths skills. 

The lower Key Stage 2 pupil has specific speech and language difficulties. The upper Key stage 2 pupil has specific learning needs in English and Maths.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic individuals who is passionate about working with and supporting students across the curriculum both in and outside the classroom.  The successful candidates will also become part of an extremely supportive team who share ideas, thoughts and offer a listening ear – you’re never alone.   

Post 2 – (1 position) 27.5 hrs per week information:

Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is currently seeking to appoint a one to one Pupil Support Assistant to support an individual in Key Stage 1 who has complex needs that fits within the four broad areas of SEND;

  • Communication and interaction
  • Cognition and learning
  • Social
  • Sensory

Our child needs someone special, who has the patience, enthusiasm and passion to support them to be the very best they can be. 

The successful candidate will become part of an extremely supportive team who share ideas, thoughts and offer a listening ear – you’re never alone.  

Qualifications in GCSE English and Mathematics grades C or equivalent are essential.

Previous experience of working with children is desirable.
